At the outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. He submits that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner. The petitioner also wishes to place on file a copy of the FIR and the reports submitted by the Deputy Commissioner as well as the Sub Divisional Magistrate, respectively.
