Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana Mr. Kapil Aggarwal, Advocate, for respondent no.2 --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition under section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent no.2 vide order dated 10.4.2024 passed by this Court in case FIR No.464 dated 27.7.2018, under Sections 120-B, 148, 149, 195-A, 302, 506 of the IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section195-A IPC deleted and Sections 216 IPC and 27 of Arms Act added later on), registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition in the light of the fact that respondent no.2-Pardeep @ Rishi, against whom the instant petition for cancellation of bail was filed, has unfortunately passed away.
