...Petitioners
Versus
Mohammad Tayyab, IAS and another
...Respondents
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present :
Ms. Amisha Batra, Advocate, for the petitioners.
Ms. Lavanya Paul, Assistant A.G., Punjab.
(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, Ms. Lavanya Paul, Assistant A.G., Punjab appearing for respondents submits that petition is rendered infructuous as the petitioners have already been issued appointment letters. Learned counsel for the petitioners states, per her instructions, that no such appointment letters have been issued. Be that as it may, it seems that there is no deliberate violation of any order of this Court and noncompliance, if any, seems to have occurred out of some inadvertence.
In case, appointment letters have not been issued, it is expected that the same shall be done within a period of one week from today. With these observations, petition stands disposed of. (ARUN MONGA) JULY 13, 2020 JUDGE vandana Whether speaking/reasoned : Yes/No Whether reportable :
