***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to assail order dated 18.3.2024 (Annexure P-14) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur by way of filing a separate petition. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner, in any case, shall also make efforts to amicably resolve the matter.
