(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order No.11311 dated 16.03.2024 (Annexure P-8). Further a writ of prohibition has been sought, restraining the respondent/Bank from effecting recovery of the amount paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
