The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.32 dated 09.04.2023, under Sections 354, 506, 509 IPC, 1860, registered at Women Police Station, Panchkula, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 15.04.2023 (Annexure P-2).

Learned State counsel has informed that after the conclusion of investigation, cancellation report has been presented before the trial Court, which has been accepted by the trial Court vide order dated 16.09.2023. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
