Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to register FIR on complaint dated 31.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.5 - Station House Officer, Pinjore, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
