Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.235, dated 01.09.2015, under Sections 353, 186, 333, 307, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Nirmal Kaur who was similarly situated as the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.10.2015. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2015. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has opposed the petition but has failed to controvert the factual aspect of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
