Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 86 dated 17.06.2018, registered under Section(s) 306 IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) contended that the petitioner(s) has since joined the investigation and she is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, she be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-State, on instructions from Jasvir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner(s) has joined the investigation and she is no longer required for further investigation.
