***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take action against respondents No.3 to 7 for implicating the petitioner falsely in FIR No.10, dated 14.01.2012, under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has moved a representation, Annexure P-2, to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken on the same so far.
