The said prayer is based on some inquiries conducted by police authorities.

After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to petitioners to seek alternative remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 28.10.2015.
