RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action against the private respondents for having committed the cognizable offence as despite the complaints, Annexures P-1 and P-2 and MLR (Annexure P-3) no action has been taken due to political influence of private respondents. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition qua second prayer regarding ad interim maintenance. However, he submits that he has already filed complaint, Annexure P-2, which has not been decided so far. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr.Rakeshinder Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.
