(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0155 dated 12.05.2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and lateron added Section 326 IPC at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Ludhiana (Rural).

On instructions from HC Sulakhan Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
