**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.78 dated 09.05.2021 registered under Sections 328, 380, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Notice of motion was issued on 11.06.2021.

Birbal Singh-petitioner No.1 who is son of Hamir Singh had ran away with one Jaspreet Kaur, who is daughter of the complainant. They filed CRWP No.4221 of 2021 titled Jaspreet Kaur & Anr. Vs. State of Punjab & Ors. Vide order dated 12.05.2021, the said writ petition was disposed of by directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to consider the representation dated 29.04.2021. CRM-M-22870-2021 appeared and stated that he had no objection to his daughter residing with Balbir Singh. He was aggrieved by the fact that when his daughter left the house she had taken away some amount and jewellery. In the present case Hamir Singh filed CRM-M No.22244 of 2021, in which interim anticipatory bail was granted by issuing notice of motion. The said petition was disposed of on 20.07.2021 by making the order dated 04.06.2021 absolute.

At the time of issuing notice of motion, learned counsel for the petitioners relied upon CRM-M No.22244 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.07.2021, petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Devinder Pal singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation in the case. Challan is almost ready to be filed in the competent Court.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 20.07.2021 is made absolute. Petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
