**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 148 dated 25.3.2015, registered under Sections 304-B IPC, Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.2.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has been released on interim bail by the trial Court.
