Through this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to issue approval letters to the regular full time Assistant Professors in the petitioner college. Notice of motion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Vice Chancellor, is directed to look into legal notice (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner.
