Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Harpreet Singh, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.438, dated 15.12.2014, registered at Police Station, City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa. Learned Senior counsel assisted by Sh.Vishal Deep Goyal Advocate, submits that the petitioner had filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of the conjugal rights prior to the registration of the FIR; sincere efforts were made by the petitioner for reconciliation with the informantwife, Rupinder Kaur and that the petitioner is ready to join the investigation and put up his case before the police. I have heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and gone through the material available on record. Criminal Misc.No.M-3668 of 2015 [2] There are specific allegation of demand of City Honda car and of beating to the informant, Rupinder Kaur, at the hands of the petitioner. In the considered opinion of this Court, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in the present case and as such, no ground for grant of pre-arrest of bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
