In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

Since it has been informed that the complainant is not putting in appearance for getting his statement recorded, the prosecution to take necessary steps for securing the presence of complaiannt, so that his statement may be recorded at the earliest. It shall be open to the District Attorney concerned to take up the matter with Superintendent of Police, Sonipat.
