(Oral) Today, at the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to put up his case before the sanctioning authority, as sanction is yet to be accorded for prosecuting the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
