**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 101 dated 16.6.2018, registered under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 376 IPC (added later on), Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that in the first statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the girl had supported the petitioner and she was sent to Nari Niketan as she did not want to go home but in the second statement, she had accused the petitioner. The counsel further contends that the prosecutrix had refused her medical. It was stated that the petitioner and the prosecutrix were friends but it was not to the liking of the family and he stopped seeing the prosecutrix and got married in march 2018.

Crl. Misc. No. M-37656 of 2018 -2detailed statement had been given by the girl and she had stated that the petitioner had called her on the phone at night and had stated that he would divorce his wife and would marry the prosecutrix and took her away. The brother of the petitioner had produced the girl before the Court when the first statement was made in favour of the petitioner but later on when she was out of their influence, she had made allegations of rape. The petitioner is a married man. Allegations of enticing a minor have been levelled. The allegations are serious. No case for bail is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
