Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with submission that prosecution may be directed to conclude its evidence within three months. Dismissed as withdrawn.
Trial Court is directed to take all steps to conclude the prosecution evidence at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months.
