******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satinder Singh submits that 32 out of 33 witnesses have been examined and only one medical officer is left to be examined. The attempt is being made to examine him on the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with submission that prosecution may be directed to conclude its evidence within three months. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to take all steps to conclude the prosecution evidence at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months.
