Prayer in this petition is for disposal of the representation/complaints (Annexures P-3, P-4, P-5 and P-8) moved by the petitioner, in connection with FIR No.57/2022 dated 27.02.2022, under Section 306 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Bass, Police District Hansi, District Hisar and to arrest the accused persons. Status report by way of affidavit dated 13.09.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, Hansi, filed on behalf of the respondents-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Naresh submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be filed before the Court concerned, in due course of time and after taking appropriate orders from the higher authorities. CRM-M-20974-2022 (O&M) -2I have heard the learned State counsel and gone through the contents of the petition.

The petitioner is seeking disposal of the representation/complaints (Annexures P-3, P-4, P-5 and P-8) moved by him, in connection with FIR No.57/2022. As noticed above, the cancellation report has already been prepared in the present case and the investigating agency is in the process of filing the same before the Court concerned.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
