(Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.35 dated 01.02.2020 under Sections 294, 504, 149 IPC, registered with Police Station Sadar, Mansa, District Mansa at the instance of respondent No.2 and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. The learned counsel for the State submits that a cancellation report was submitted in this case on 24.09.2021. In view of the above, no further order needs to be passed in this case.
