(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh before the authorities concerned under provisions of the new Act i.e. Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty aforesaid.
