(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition has been filed for seeking the benefit of regular bail but another grievance of the petition is that even the witnesses are not being examined, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner as he is behind bars since 03.07.2020. Learned counsel further submits that as of now, petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the trial Court to examine the prosecutrix as the next witness.
