Through this second petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.27 dated 08.04.2023, under Sections 451 (now deleted and 452 added), 324, 323, 506, 34 of the IPC (Section 325 of the IPC now added), registered at P.S. City Samana, District Patiala.

2. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court through filing CRM-M-18178-2024, thereby seeking the relief (supra), however, owing to some inadvertent mistakes, the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the present FIR, no specific role or injury has been attributed to the petitioner, AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2024.05.13 22:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

who is a student. In fact, the petitioner was empty handed and the grievous injury(ies) has been attributed to his parents.

4. Notice of motion for 13.05.2024.

5. Mr. Pardeep Bajaj, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab.

6. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. -%
