The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the official respondents to complete the investigation in FIR No.97 dated 29.9.2014 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 148 and 149 IPC and (Section 325 IPC which was added later on) at Police Station Khuyian Sarwar, Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka and to submit the final report/challan as considerable time has passed since the registration of the FIR.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner only wants direction to the Investigating Officer to expedite the completion of the investigation. As the FIR in the present case has been registered on HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.02.06 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-3672 of 2015 [2] 29.9.2014, therefore, the Investigating officer in the present case is directed to expedite the completion of the investigation as per law. In view of the above observation, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
