(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 to 6. Learned State counsel has filled affidavit dated 21.01.2015, which is taken on record. As per reply, statement of petitioners (R-1 and R-2) have been recorded to the effect that they do no require any protection and are living happily, as now there has been a mutual agreement between the petitioner No. 2 and his in-laws family members. They do not have any fear of life from them now. In view of the affidavit dated 21.01.2015, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.
