JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.128 dated 14.06.2020, under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case there has been financial dispute between the parties and the RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.11.12 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-18684-2020 (O&M) same has been settled and in terms of order dated 19.08.2020, a copy of the compromise has also been sent through E-mail. A print out of the same is directed to be taken on record.

On the last date of hearing, this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to his complying with the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Hardev Singh, has stated that the petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated with the investigation process. He has further submitted that the petitioner is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 19.08.2020, is hereby made absolute. November 10, 2020.
