**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.160 dated 05.09.2024 under Sections 420, 120-B and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Division No.5, District Ludhiana.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 01.04.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 01.04.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation. As the petitioners have joined investigation and the matter stands settled between the parties, no case for custodial interrogation is made out.

CRM-M-17668-2025 -2In this view of the matter, interim order dated 01.04.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
