The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21074-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21074-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 23.04.2026 of Anish Yadav, IAS, Director, Development and Panchayats Department, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.
