     &(!) *+, This is an application for anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 75 dated 10.09.2015, registered under Sections 380, 454, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Ambala Cantt, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

On 29.10.2015 the following order was passed:- " Learned counsel relies upon the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in CRM-M-33093-2015 to contend that the persons named in the FIR were granted the concession of anticipatory bail and the petitioner was not named in the FIR.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Sanghi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply a copy of the petition to the learned DAG during the course of the day.

CRM-M-36753-2015(O&M) -2Today learned Addl. AG, on instructions from ASI Parminder Singh, has accepted that similarly situated persons, also relatives of the deceased, were granted interim bail by order Annexure P-3. In the circumstances I see no reason to take a different view for the petitioner.

Resultantly the petition is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
