(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.37 dated 01.07.2016 registered under Sections 302, 364, 447, 511, 427, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.09.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and the trial Court has released him on interim bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds vide order dated 11.10.2017. A certified copy of the said order is placed on record as Mark X. Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
