Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to conduct an inquiry of FIR No. 205 dated 30.7.2017, registered under Sections 326, 324, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar from some independent agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representations dated 21.8.2017 (Annexures P5 & P6), respectively to Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar and Deputy Inspector General, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Jalandhar, is directed to look into the representation dated 21.8.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law.
