Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take action against respondent Nos. 4 to 7. Learned State counsel at the outset on instructions from ASIVipan Kumar submits that investigation in the matter is complete and final report shall be submitted before the competent court of jurisdiction within one month from today.

In view of statement made by him, no further direction from this court is necessary.
