This is a petition moved under Section 528 of BNSS praying for direction to consider and act upon the complaint/representation dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.
