By way of filing the present revision petition, the revision petitioners who are defendants in the civil suit pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sonepat for the last more than five years pray for expeditious disposal of the suit. Of Course expeditious disposal of a case is right of every litigant. From the report and interim order enclosed there with, it seems that the proceedings before the trial Court are moving at some what slow pace. Keeping in view the nature of request, I do not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondents and hear them. Therefore, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to make earnest efforts to decide the civil suit in question expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order there.
