(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.863, dated 17.09.2014, registered at Police Station City Hisar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 328/341/376/506 IPC. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar, states that in compliance of the order dated 05.11.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 12.11.2014. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
