Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondent Nos 2 and 3 to arrest respondent No. 4 forthwith, who is P.O in F.I.R No. 356 dated 15.09.2011 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Palwal, Distt. Palwal.

As per reply filed by the learned State counsel, during enquiry/investigation, the prosecutrix was got medico-legally examined and swabs were obtained from doctor and sent to FSL Madhuban for the examination. The accused has been arrested on 20.02.2017 and produced before the learned Illaqa Magistrate.
