This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of investigation of the FIR in question to an independency agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that investigating agency is not taking into consideration version of the petitioner. In case mobile records are seen, it would found that petitioner was far away from the place of occurrence at the relevant time.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Admittedly, investigation of the case is still pending which was registered as recently as on 12.09.2015. There is nothing on record to show that investigation is not proceeding in a fair and proper manner. Present petition is totally frivolous. Same is, thus, dismissed with `10,000/- as costs to be remitted to Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
