**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed for directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) and get the investigation carried out from the Crime Branch.

Status report has been filed according to which challan had been presented against Ikramul Hasan (husband of the petitioner) and Mohd. Azad (father-in-law) in December 2017 and charge has also been framed and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence in March 2019. State counsel informs that Section 376 IPC has been deleted. In view of this, no directions are required to be given. The petition is disposed of.
