When confronted with the fact that similar and identical challenge made by the petitioner in CWP-34195-2019 was considered and dismissed by this Court on 12.12.2019 and that the fact of such dismissal has not been mentioned or stated by the petitioner in the petition and on the contrary a statement has been made in para 25 of the petition that the petitioner has not filed any such similar petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who is also the counsel for the petitioner in CWP-34195-2019, tenders an unconditional apology and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

We are of the considered opinion that such issues are of extreme importance to maintain the dignity and purity of the legal profession and in such cases previous litigation or decision(s) on identical grounds must be AMODH SHARMA 2020.07.14 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
