Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order Annexure P/5 whereby election petition was decided by Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Palwal.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as term of the Sarpanch is already over. The aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted. Writ petition is thus dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
