In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to consider and decide representation dated 16.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
