RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to prompt investigation in FIR No.33 dated 10.02.2016 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar, and submit final report before the Illaqa Magistrate forthwith. Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Pal Chand, submits that this petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that for the second time cancellation report has been filed in the Court on 08.09.2018 and the case has been adjourned for notice to the petitioner for 09.10.2018.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as having rendered infrutuous.
