(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of criminal complaint No.66 dated 03.09.2015 registered under Sections 323, 324, 447, 427, 148, 149 and 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala and also the summoning order dated 15.04.2017 (Annexure P-2). At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
