***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a direction for fair and proper investigation pursuant to FIR No.0039 dated 22.02.2017 under Section 67 of Information and Technology Act and Section 506 IPC registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.

Reply by way of affidavit of affidavit of Amandeep Kaur, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Attari, Amritsar-Rural, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Para 03 thereof reads as under:- "That it is submitted that during the course of investigation carried out in the aforesaid FIR, relevant evidence was collected from concerned sources and the accused Sanjeev Kumar who is posted as 2 I.C, 126th BN, BSF at Sunderbani, Jammu has been joined in the aforesaid FIR on 10.12.2017 by the deponent and was released on bail. Thereafter, on the advice of prosecution agency, offences under Section 354-A and 354-D of IPC have been added in the present FIR Sukhpreet Kaur 2018.01.10 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

on 27.12.2017. Challan against the accused Sanjeev Kumar of the present FIR has been prepared on 22.12.2017, which is under scrutiny of the prosecution agency and the same shall be presented in the court of Ld. Area Magistrate after completing procedural formalities and after getting prosecution sanction under Section 197 of Cr.P.C. from competent authority of the accused being government employee." In view of the above, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. No further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
