(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 08.03.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar in CNR No. HRHS01007532-2019 titled as 'Neelam Rani and another vs. Ishwar Singh' whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents, the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.8,000/- p.m. as maintenance to the respondent-wife and Rs.11,000/- as litigation expenses.

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No.1 in Court today is taken on record.
