M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to the interim order dated 31.10.2014, the petitioner has already joined investigation.

The main allegations are against Haramritpal Singh who had received earnest money of Rs.35 lacs pursuant to an agreement and sold his property fraudulently to third party. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is merely an attesting witness of first agreement of sale. He can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the following conditions: - (i) That the petitioner will join investigation as RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.01.13 12:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
