Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baldev Raj, Police Station, Gobindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for further custodial interrogation in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
